MEETING TOPIC: Ergonomics That Work

Learn how to recognize real-world ergonomic risks and explore practical solutions that fit both the work being performed and your workplace culture. We’ll also review BWC resources available to help organizations make meaningful, lasting improvements.

Participants will:

Identify common ergonomic risks in the workplace
Discuss practical solutions that support employees and fit the organization
Learn how to leverage BWC resources for continued improvement

Bio:

Kelly Clayton-Ott, Ergonomist for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Kelly has vast experience helping employers identify ergonomic risks and problem-solve solutions to alleviate those risks.
