Curious about the new Compass Program and what it can offer you or your team? Join us for an afternoon of conversation, connection, and a first look at this new professional development experience designed for our Medina County business community.

Meet the program instructors, Jeremy Lile, Chief of Leadership and Learning, and Chris Williams, Assistant Vice President of Immersive Leadership, both with the Center for Immersive Leadership. They will share how the program blends reflection, skill building, and real world application. Light snacks will be available as you mingle and ask questions.

At 4:30pm, the instructors will give a short presentation about the program and what participants can expect. You are welcome to come and go as your schedule allows.

If you are considering joining the first Compass cohort or enrolling members of your team, this Open House is the best way to get a feel for the journey ahead. Space in The Compass Program is limited, so we encourage you to join us and learn why the inaugural class is shaping up to be something special.

The Medina Chamber's new office is located at 139 N. Court Street, Medina 44256, next to the Medina Police Station/City Hall. Parking is located behind the building and you can enter through the doors facing the parking lot.

Pricing

No cost to attend. All are welcome to attend to learn more about The Compass Program. Registration preferred but not required.
