I provide support for optimizing health of body, mind, and spirit. I am a clinical social worker and addiction counselor with expertise in gender-affirming care. I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a 200-hour Yoga Instructor and a USAT Triathlon Level One Coach.
I am also the Club Growth Director for District 10 (Northeast Ohio) and can help your business thrive by assisting your employees in developing speaking and leadership skills.
I am in training currently as a relationship coach through the programs, Calling in the One and Conscious Uncoupling.
