Main Street Lighting, a nationally known manufacturer of fiberglass and aluminum light poles, seeks a Fiberglass Production Associate. No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn!

Summary:
Support pole manufacturing and general plant operations. No prior experience needed—we train on the job.

Salary: $18-20/hr based on experience

Key Tasks:

• Build and finish fiberglass poles
• Pack and ship finished products
• Operate sanding and grinding tools
• Assist with materials and heavy lifting

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience helpful
• Physically capable and safety-minded
• Reliable team player
• Attention to detail
• Safety oriented
