The Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us at our Annual Meeting & Holiday Luncheon where we’ll be "Racing to the Holidays"!
Fuel up for an afternoon of joy, connection, and festive fun as we reflect on 2024, share what’s on the track for 2025, and enjoy holiday-themed games, prizes, and a few surprises along the way!
Buckle up for a festive celebration filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of holiday cheer—come dressed to impress in your holiday best, whether it’s a bit of sparkle, a festive sweater, or your most colorful holiday look!
Each year, we partner with a local charity, and this year we’re excited to help support United Way’s pilot engagement initiative with Cloverleaf School District. This initiative aims to provide board games and card games for kids to enjoy during indoor recess. With your generosity, we can help expand this to other local school districts.
Your donation of a game can brighten a child’s day, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and a fun break from their routine. Please bring a new, unused game from our suggested list – or bring one of your favorite games - and help us lay the foundation for a program that we can help grow across our community. Let’s race toward the holidays with generosity and community spirit!

For your convenience, payment with VISA/MC/Discover/AMEX may be made when registering online through the Chamber website. Invoices are available, by request. All invoices must be paid in advance of the event.
Please note that No Shows will be billed. Cancellations must be received by our office by 2:00 pm the Friday before the event to receive a credit.
