Raising the Bar

Thursday, October 8, 2026 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (EDT)

Description

If your company’s health and pharmacy costs feel increasingly difficult to understand—or control—you’re not alone.

This practical educational session will help small and mid-sized employers prepare for benefit renewal season. We’ll explain today’s cost pressures in plain language, including the impact of newer medications such as GLP-1s, and share questions you may want to ask your broker or carrier.

You’ll leave with:

• A clearer understanding of what is driving benefit costs
• Practical questions to bring to your next renewal conversation
• An overview of options available to businesses of different sizes
• Greater confidence navigating benefits without becoming an expert

Bring your questions and gain useful information to help you approach your next benefits renewal with confidence.

There is no cost to attend. Chamber members and prospective members are welcome, and registration is preferred but not required.
