MEETING TOPIC: Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training - "Weed" Out Drugs in the Workplace

Join us to learn how to identify employees who may be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Our speaker will also share tips on preparing for a discussion with the employee when confronting potential reasonable suspicion information.

About the Speaker: Chelsea Vodopivec is the Director of Operations at USA Mobile Drug Testing of Northeast Ohio, located in Medina, OH. She has over nine years of experience in the drug and alcohol testing industry. Chelsea received an associate’s degree in Radiology Technology and moved to Louisiana in 2014, starting her career in occupational health. Chelsea and her family moved to Ohio in 2017, and she found her home at USA Mobile Drug Testing of Northeast Ohio. She began working as an Administrative Assistant and has since been promoted to the Director of Operations. Chelsea also completed her bachelor’s degree in business in 2024. 

Chelsea is an approved trainer with the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation for Reasonable Suspicion and Employee Drug Training and with the National Drug And Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). She is on the Training and Certification Committee for NDASA and a founding member of their Community Outreach Committee. 

When not busy trying to keep drugs and alcohol out of the workplace, Chelsea is the chauffeur for her daughter’s many dance classes and enjoys relaxing at home with her family and dog, Molly.
